Refund Policy

Dear Customer

We here at Alana Rodrigues want you to love your new umbrella as much as we do ours! If you are not happy with your product or have a change of mind, we will happily exchange it for another item or refund the purchase price.

Please note that our returns policy is valid for 30 days after you place your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days has passed since your ordered an item, we will be unable to give you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning your purchase because of a fault, we will receive and inspect the goods and then notify you by email whether we will replace the item. We will replace any items that are defective, but not items damaged by the purchaser.

Gift cards are non-refundable items.

How to return or exchange

Returns and exchanges are to be made by post. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 255 Newcastle Street Northbridge Western Australia AU 6000.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are returning an item because of a fault, we will pay for the costs of the return by mail. Please contact our team at returns@alanarodrigues.com.au to arrange this. If you are returning goods because you have had a change of mind, we will not pay the costs of returning the item by mail.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. If you have requested an exchange, we will send you an email update to let you know when your new item has left our warehouse.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
